Download and access paths on murah
We at murah offer three ways to access our platform: a native Android APK, iOS browser access with home-screen shortcut, and our responsive web app. Each method syncs your account, balance, and betting history in real time. Choose based on your device type, storage capacity, and preference for app-store vs. direct installation.

App vs. browser on murah
The murah app caches match schedules, team logos, and recent odds locally, so the interface loads instantly even if your connection hiccups. Our app sends push notifications for goal alerts, cashback promotions, and withdrawal confirmations—features the browser version does not replicate. Battery usage on the app is lower than keeping a browser tab open during long watching sessions. The browser version, however, works on any device without installing software; you can access murah from a desktop, tablet, or borrowed phone without setup. Choose the app for daily use; choose the browser for occasional access or shared devices.
Device compatibility on murah
We support Android devices running version 7.0 and later, covering the vast majority of phones in use across Indonesia. On iOS, our browser-based access works on devices with iOS 12 and up; most iPhones from the iPhone 6S onward meet this requirement. The murah web app functions on any modern browser—Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox—across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. If your device is older, the browser version remains fully functional; the native Android app may show compatibility warnings in the Google Play Store if your OS is below Android 7, but you can still download the APK directly from our site.
Troubleshooting common install issues
If the murah APK fails to install, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps, then select your file manager). Antivirus software sometimes flags APK files; disable the scan temporarily or whitelist murah in your security app. If you see "Certificate untrusted" during download, this is normal for direct APK installation; murah's certificate is valid and the file is safe. Clearing your device cache (Settings → Storage → Cache) often resolves install failures. On iOS, if the home-screen shortcut does not work, delete it, revisit murah in Safari, and use "Add to Home Screen" from the Share menu.
App permissions and account security on murah
When you install the murah app, we request permission to access your device camera (for KYC photo upload), contacts (optional, for referral invites), and notifications (for live alerts). We do not sell or share these permissions with third parties; murah uses them only to verify your account and keep you informed of live events. Your login credentials are encrypted in transit and stored securely on our server. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor verification (2FA) via email or phone once your account is active. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and contact our support team; we investigate all account security reports.
